This credit search will not give such things as bank details, etc and it will not affect your credit rating.

Their service is on a No Win No fee basis. If your claim is successful, they would charge you a percentage fee of the compensation awarded. This is on a bracket scale depending on the claim value. It ranges from 15% to 30% + VAT depending on the sum obtained on your behalf, If is not successful you will not be charged a penny.
